As a part of GROW @ Catch The Fire, existing and new leaders in our movement will be invited into a six-month mentoring journey. They will receive a personalized development plan to develop them as leaders in one of these 4 areas: worship, prophetic, prayer, or evangelism.
The mentoring will be one-on-one with experts to help individuals grow and to propel leaders forward to reach their full potential. We value people over programs and want to see each person growing and developing in key areas of their life, empowering them to become the best leaders possible and to bring an inspiring influence into their local church community.
