Developing our Spiritual Warfare Tool Belt

This is a prophetic word from Elsie Naraine that was released during the America’s Sphere call recently.

During our Americas Sphere Zoom call on May 4, 2021, Elsie Naraine, a valued member of Catch The Fire’s Global Prophetic Priority, had a powerful word of encouragement and perspective for us, the Bride, during these challenging times:

In this season, I am giving my Bride beauty treatments. These are not cosmetic — she has already tried that without much impact. These are beauty treatments of the heart.

She is in training. I am building long-distance endurance into her, and I am removing things that have hindered her for a long time — victim mindsets, a sense of entitlement, religious mindsets that oppose the simple gospel. 

With beauty treatments, things can look worse before they get better.

The fruit of the Spirit will be evident in my beautiful beautiful Bride. I see her as beautiful but she doesn’t see herself that way nor does the lost world around her.

Acts of kindness, generosity, non-judgmentalism will follow her and her beauty will be intoxicating. Those who are in trouble or pain or loss will come to her to be safe (saved).

You cannot go to war without training and what you have experienced thus far is just that!

Warfare on the other hand is all about souls!

No one enjoys hardship or persecution or pain but if you know that a single soul will be saved because you have put yourself in harm’s way, you will experience great joy in laying down your life. Like Jesus.

Great joy awaits my Bride if she allows herself to be readied. 🔥

There is a wave coming and it is a wave of souls.

Elsie and Ramesh Naraine are the pastors of Catch The Fire Church in Toronto East and have been part of our family since the early days of the revival in Toronto.

As Elsie was sharing, I too felt the Spirit of the Lord stirring me. And when she said, “There is a wave coming and it is a wave of souls,” the Lord reminded me of something he said to me about the personal refining we will go through in order to be ready for this next season. I heard the Lord say:

This is what I’m doing now — preparing you, cleansing you, enabling you to do great things that will be required of you in the days to come. Not far away, but soon!

The world has not lost its need for love, you are called to be Jesus to those around you, you are still the ones I have chosen to go in my name with love and power.

The power that is coming is what will be surprising — be bold and do as I say — the power is about to be released in unusual places — more outside the church than inside — this is where the display of my glory will be manifested, even in days of restriction I will move in ways you have not seen. Be bold as I am with you, I go before you, making people ready to receive.
