This focused training will occur once a year within each Sphere of Catch The Fire World. The training will be initiated by the Sphere Leaders and be led by the Sphere Leaders and the Directors of Training and Development. The training will have the flexibility to work according to the needs and wants of the Sphere Leaders to bring the broadest and most desired outcomes for training and development in one of the four areas of worship, prophetic, prayer, or evangelism. It will be a training available for every Catch The Fire member.

The aims of these events are:

1. To be envisioned, and to hear from our leaders about the direction God is taking us in these areas.

2. To be inspired by others about how worship, prophetic, prayer, and evangelism are being implemented across our movement.

3. To be equipped, receiving practical teaching and training to grow skills and giftings while having access to and spending time with experts in your field.

4. To be connected getting to know other like-minded people in your area who you can grow from and who you can help grow to be an expert.

As you learn and grow, you will be equipped to lead others both now and in the future in one of the areas of Worship, Prophetic, Prayer, or Evangelism.

In every area, we are looking for multiplication. So through both our mentoring journey and our events, we want to see who we can bring along with us. So whether you are at the beginning of your journey or whether you consider yourself an expert, we have something for you and you have something to invest in someone else.
