Issue Focused Training School

Chester and Betsy Kylstra are the founders of Proclaiming His Word Ministries, the Healing House Network, and the RTF International Training Center (ITC).  They were ordained by Christian International Network of Churches, founder Bishop Bill Hamon, and are members of the CI Board of Governors.  Besides overseeing the Healing House Network and the International Training Center, they travel extensively bringing the RTF healing, deliverance and training to churches and saints everywhere.

Restoring the Foundations (RTF) Ministry is focused on bringing healing and freedom to Four Main key areas that all of us have: Generational Curses/Sins of the Fathers and the Resulting Curses, Godly & Ungodly Beliefs, Soul/Spirit Hurts and Demonic Oppression.

Chester and Betsy Kylstra, Peter and Caroline Anderson (European Directors of RTF Ministries) or a Healing House Qualified team (RTF trained and released), will be teaching on Restoring the Foundations.  Internationally, the training school will be three days run over the course of a weekend.  In Toronto, Canada, the training school will be over the course of five days.

By participating in this "hands on" supervised training you will: gain understanding, experience and confidence in ministering healing and be able to provide a "safety net" for other soakers by helping them through their issues.
